Accused in Danielle Rowe murder heading to Supreme Court
The Director of Public Prosecution has entered a noelle prosequi to have the matter against Kayodi Satchell transferred from the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court to the Supreme Court.
The decision was shared this morning by presiding judge Carlo Mason.
“The matter is now out of my hands,” Mason said.
Satchell, who is represented by attorney-at-law Donnovan Collins, is expected to appear in the Supreme Court later today by way of a voluntary bill of indictment.
The dental assistant is charged with the murder and kidnapping of eight-year-old Danielle Rowe who was found with her throat slashed, after she was abducted from the Braeton Primary and Infant School in St Catherine, where she was a student.
